1. This machine has been designed and developed to count & fill different shapes or size of products accurately like soft gel capsules , hard capsules ,tablets ,sugar coating ,film coating tablets ,pills ,herb medicine or similar products into containers or vials without changing spare parts .

2. All product contact parts are made of SUS 316.

3. Batch range counters from 1 to 9999 pcs . （The machine can be adjusted to count capsules or tablets between 1-9999 pcs per bottle without changing spare parts）.

4. Infrared recognize system can recognize the transparent soft gel capsule. Even though after the long time running , it still can penetrates the dust built by the naked tablet.

5. Smooth rotary system with computerized counter make high accuracy .

6. All parts are easy to exchange , including PC boards of control system .

7. This machine has a collector of chips and powder is provided .

8. Well design structure , easy to maintain and clean .

9. One conveyor for bottles transmission with speed variator .
