Pbsm-160 Fully-automatic Cotton Inserter

BASIC MACHINE EQUIPMENT

01. Stainless steel SUS 304 main machine frame and housing. 

02. This machine is suitable for all type of different size bottles without parts change over .

03.The cotton strip is dispensed by the 2 pairs of clamping rollers driven by the motor and electromagnetic clutch.

04.The dispensed cotton strip will be inserted into a tube upwards , When the tube with the cotton filled is transferred above the bottle opening , the cotton will be inserted into the bottle .

05.1 set of gating fingers driven by the cylinders is used to get the container positioned under the tube and release & change the container after one inserting run is complete.

06. The machine will pause automatically if the containers are absent or choke in the conveyor belt.

07.  HMI TOUCH SCREEN CONTROL . 

08. One conveyor for bottles transmission with speed variator .
