1. Types of capsule machines

Capsule machines are the most common type of filling machines, mainly divided into manual capsule filling machines and fully automatic capsule filling machines. Manual capsule machines are easy to operate but have low production efficiency; fully automatic capsule machines can achieve efficient production, but require a lot of equipment and human resources.


2. Working principle of capsule machines

Fully automatic capsule machines mainly include two parts: capsule filling system and capsule filling system.


1. Capsule filling system

The capsule filling system consists of a material tray, a vibrator, a capsule filler and a capsule sorter. First, the capsule filling system will arrange the capsules to be filled on the material tray, and the vibrator will vibrate them so that the capsules automatically enter the filler. The filler will arrange the capsules in a straight line and send them one by one into the capsule filling system.


2. Capsule filling system

The capsule filling system consists of a drug feeding system, a zeroing device, a filling device and a compacting device. First, the drug is fed into the filling device through the feeding system, and the filling machine fills it according to the set drug weight. The zeroing device can ensure that the amount of powder in each filling slot is zero before filling, ensuring the accuracy of drug filling. After filling, the compacting device will compact the capsule to ensure that the density of the drug inside the capsule is uniform.


III. Precautions for using the capsule machine


1. The drug should be crushed in advance, and the particles that are too large or too small should be screened out.


2. Temperature and humidity affect the filling amount of the drug, so environmental changes should be avoided as much as possible during use.


3. When changing the capsule model, the inside of the machine should be cleaned to ensure that capsules of different models do not interfere with each other.
