1. The height of the counting disk should be the same as the length of the capsule or the head of the capsule should be slightly higher than the counting disk. It should not be too low or too high, otherwise the capsule will be damaged during rotation. If it is too low, you can use a discarded DVD that has been scraped flat and the middle hole has been made to match the shaft. If it is too high, please use a lathe to process the gasket under the counting disk (do not make it too low).

2. The retaining ring on the counting disk must be adjusted to a suitable height, and the bottom edge should be kept at a distance of about 1.5-2MM from the head of the capsule. If it is too low or too high, the capsule will be damaged.

3. Do not press the micro switch when the capsules in the counting hole are not fully filled, otherwise the capsule will be damaged when it is turned to the retaining ring position. If the capsules in the counting hole are not fully filled, you can use a brush to brush the capsule so that there are capsules in the counting hole.

4. Capsules that are deformed after being damp must not be placed in the machine for counting.

5. The counting plate must not be heavily pressed, otherwise it will not work properly; when lifting the machine, do not lift it on the counting plate, otherwise it will loosen and be damaged.

6. The capsules must be completely locked and of uniform length, and there must be no unqualified capsules.
